Developing a Virtual Working Culture in Your Organization

Our Solution: We help you identify the key processes and activities that can take place virtually in your organization and devise a transition plan towards virtualization.
We would help you work on your current learning and development portfolio and together with you devise a virtualization strategy, helping you to identify which components can be delivered virtually and how.
We would offer a “train-the-trainer” approach and develop internal virtual facilitators who would learn how to design and facilitate virtual working and / or learning interventions.
We would develop these internal virtual facilitators in the context of a virtual workshop consisting of four sessions of 4 hours each on consecutive days, with follow-up supervision as well as shadow these internal facilitators while they facilitate virtually, depending on the needs.
