Ghislaine has over 18 years of consulting experience across industries and continents. Having also worked for many years as a manager at Daimler and Beiersdorf she has a good understanding of what it takes to lead and manage in complex multinational organizations.

Ghislaine often works at the intersection of leadership, strategy and change and helps leaders to make strategies happen. Over the last 15 years she has led and/or contributed to major change and development projects for global organizations in the automotive, engineering, telecommunication and pharmaceutical industries as well as for global organizations in the public sector.

He has been working virtually for nearly a decade and has gained vast experience working alongside global clients in the banking, manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, fisheries, and not for profit sectors.

Matthias Bott

Matthias joined Black Gazelle Consulting in 2009 to support the virtual training as a technical facilitator.

He studied physics at the Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany. During his studies he worked as a croupier in a Casino - fascinated by the theory of probability. His interests in Mathematics and Physics kept raising. He has also worked at a German High School for a few years where he gave courses in physics to children of different ages.

Erik van Kempen

Erik joined Black Gazelle Consulting in 2015 to support the virtual training as a technical facilitator.

Although he graduated as a Master of Science in Health Sciences at the University of Maastricht, in the Netherlands, Erik found his way in big companies in other branches, such as DHL, DSM and Randstad in an early stage of his career. He has a very broad background in ICT, Finance and Learning & Development.
