We might help you to further develop your virtual leadership skills and capabilities:

  • By coaching you individually and shadowing you while you work virtually with your team and/or
  • By working with you and your team to increase their performance in the virtual space or
  • By working with you and other leaders to create a learning laboratory and develop your virtual leadership capabilities.   • In the last scenario we would design and facilitate a virtual strategy process such that your leaders and managers would learn in a “just-in-time” fashion how to effectively work on strategy assignments in the virtual space. This could for example take the form of virtual workshops, online discussions and/or virtual team coaching.
